The hotel was good to stay in with spacious rooms offering beautiful views towards the banana plantation. However, there was an issue with a stinking sewage smell despite requesting for improvement.

Upon entering the hotel, the rooms had a bit of a stale and smelly odor, but they were in very good condition as expected and as shared on the website. I requested a room change and was delighted to be relocated to a room with a beautiful view overlooking a banana plantation. The service, particularly by Karthik, the Manager, was exceptionally helpful and attentive without being overbearing, providing great hospitality. The location was a bit of a challenge as there weren't many dining options nearby, but it was very convenient for exploring Kelambakkam and being close to OMR and Mahabs. The dining experience, while the food was mostly adequate, could be improved by offering more variety and reducing wait times. The facilities were modern and well-kept, offering a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers good rooms located above the restaurant and mezzanine floor used for parties, which suited our choice. The service was exceptionally helpful and professional, with a beautiful view from the room towards the banana plantation. The location was very convenient for our visits around Kelambakkam although dining options were limited. The dining experience was mostly adequate with substantial variety. Additional highlights include the Spa Manager Ms. Harshini for a memorable experience just before the Gaja cyclone in November 2018.
